Role Overview – Mid-Level Architect Opportunity in High-Rise, Infrastructure & Sustainable Design

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Architect to join our growing architectural team at SSE. You will contribute to innovative and sustainable architectural solutions, collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and support project delivery from concept through detailed design. Key Responsibilities – Architectural Design, Coordination & Project Delivery

• Contribute to architectural design activities across different project stages, from concept development to detailed design and documentation.

• Prepare high-quality architectural drawings, specifications, presentations, and design reports.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and buildable design solutions.

• Apply building regulations, planning requirements, sustainability principles, and internal quality standards to design deliverables.

• Support Senior Architects and project leaders in meeting project requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.

• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants.

• Utilize BIM methodologies and industry-standard design software to support efficient project delivery.

• Proactively identify design challenges and contribute to practical, creative, and technically sound solutions.

What You Bring – Architectural Experience, Technical Skills & Growth Mindset

• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in architectural design, preferably within high-rise, commercial, or complex infrastructure projects.

• Good understanding of architectural design principles, building regulations, construction detailing, and technical documentation.

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination practices.

• Ability to translate design concepts into accurate drawings and coordinated design deliverables.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage assigned tasks within project deadlines.

• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous technical and professional development.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in a professional working environment.
