Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations & Personnel Specialist (Part-Time) with at least 1 year of experience to support our HR department in managing day-to-day HR operations and personnel activities.
In this role, you will assist in maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This position is ideal for someone looking to further develop their HR Operations and Personnel career within a dynamic engineering consultancy environment.
Main Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and personnel-related documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documents are completed.
Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management.
Coordinate with payroll by preparing and validating HR-related data.
Support social insurance and labor office documentation when required.
Ensure employee files are complete and compliant with company policies and labor regulations.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate follow-up.
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR operations and personnel matters.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.
Assist with other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
